Back in 1927, in a small town in Indiana, two enterprising young men, Conrad Gentry and Don Kenworthy decided to start a moving company that would meet the transportation needs of a growing country, focusing on top-quality service. They called their new company Mayflower Transit, which is still the most recognized name in moving today!

In 2000, Mary and Howard Levine joined this organization, and opened up the doors at Ramar Transportation & Logistics.

Today, Mayflower Transit Special Transportation Systems Division provides a wide range of services utilizing the latest state of the art technology. The Special Transportation Systems Division can assist in the transportation and distribution of high value products, trade shows, logistics, custom critical expedite services, and regularly scheduled transportation for shipments less than 3,000 pounds to most major metropolitan areas across the United States using the Mayflower PinPoint Express System.
